Dictation that stays in your flow

Place your cursor in an editable field, use your dictation shortcut, and speak. Stenox transcribes your recording, applies your enabled filler removal and word replacements, then inserts or copies the text. Polish is a separate action after dictation; an AI model is not required to start recording.

Meetings with a source to return to

Notetaker captures microphone and system audio, organizes a conversation by speaker, and optionally drafts takeaways, decisions, tasks, and open questions. Edit the transcript, follow citations, add reference documents, or ask a question about the session.

Choose where processing happens

Local speech and language models run on your Apple Silicon Mac after download. Cloud speech sends audio; cloud cleanup and subscription insights send the text and context needed for the chosen feature. Your choices for speech, dictation cleanup, and meeting insights are separate. Read Privacy and data flow to set them deliberately.
