Email support@stenox.app with a short description of the issue. The current build does not provide the old automatic voice-feedback workflow described in earlier docs. Useful details include:
  • Stenox version from About, macOS version, and Mac chip.
  • The screen or feature involved and the selected provider/model.
  • Steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what actually happened.
  • The visible error and whether a short non-sensitive example reproduces it.
If a screenshot helps, remove API keys, account details, and private transcript or reference content first. Do not send your session database or recordings unless you deliberately choose to share relevant material with support. For a missing feature, state whether you are using the public download or a development build. Include the version shown in About Stenox and check what’s new.
