Click the Stenox menu bar icon → Settings

Go to About
Select the About tab

Click Send Feedback
Click the Send Feedback button

Speak Your Feedback
A recording dialog appears — speak naturally about your issue or suggestion

Submit
When done, your message is transcribed and sent to our support team
Method 2: Keyboard Shortcut
Use the feedback hotkey from anywhere: Right ⌘ + Right ⌥ (Right Command + Right Option) This opens the feedback recorder instantly — no need to navigate through settings.The feedback hotkey uses the right-side modifier keys. If you have a compact keyboard without right-side modifiers, use the Settings menu method instead.
What to Include
When sending feedback, it helps to mention:For Bug Reports
- What happened — Describe the issue
- What you expected — What should have happened
- Steps to reproduce — How can we recreate it?
- Provider you’re using — WhisperKit, DeepGram, etc.
